"Gasket" seal, made of high temp silicone material, capable of withstanding 500 degrees F.

O-ring seals, made of chemical resistant Viton Fluoroelastomer material, capable of withstanding 400 degrees F.

Big Dog:

• O-ring style '04 Bulldog, '05-early '07 
• Gasket style Late '07-up

*Make sure you order the gasket that's correct for your year Big Dog. O-ring style is typically found with 2005-early 2007 models. Gasket style is found Late 2007-up. 2004 Bulldog models used O-ring style.*

**O-ring seal, use a small amount of RTV clear silicone to hold into O-ring groove during assembly. Gasket seal, DO NOT use any sealant on this seal. Cover bolts require a drop of BLUE loctite. Torque bolts in crisscross pattern to final torque of 70 INCH Pounds**
